Shipping Policy

Everything at The Blank Theory is made to order and shipped from within India. Here's exactly what to expect after you place your order.

1. Order processing (dispatch)

Because each piece is printed on demand for you, we need a little time to make it before it ships. Orders are printed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 2–4 working days of order confirmation.

Personalised and custom orders may take 1 extra working day to produce.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next working day.

2. Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, your order is delivered by our courier partners within:

  • Metro & Tier-1 cities: 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • Tier-2, Tier-3 & other pincodes: 4–8 working days after dispatch

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–9 working days for most locations, and up to 10–12 working days for remote or hard-to-reach pincodes.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary with your location, courier load, weather, and seasonal or festival demand.

3. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link by email/SMS so you can follow it to your door. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to activate.

For a small number of remote pincodes served only by India Post, live tracking may not be available, and delivery can take longer. If your pincode falls in this category, we'll do our best to keep you updated.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders.

A small COD Fee of Rs. 40 applies to all COD orders (shown at checkout).

5. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. Orders that fail to deliver due to an incorrect/incomplete address or an unreachable phone number may be returned to us, and re-shipping may incur an additional charge. We can't be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate details.

6. Delays beyond our control

We're not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — courier disruptions, weather, strikes, regional restrictions, or peak-season/festival volume. We'll always help you track and resolve any issue.

7. Order not arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days of placement, email us at support@theblanktheory.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
