Welcome to The Blank Theory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theblanktheory.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. The Site is owned and operated by Grey Mattr Media ("The Blank Theory," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products — Made to Order

Every product at The Blank Theory is printed and produced on demand, specifically for your order. Product images are representative; slight variation in colour, print placement, or fabric shade may occur due to screen settings and the nature of made-to-order printing, and does not constitute a defect.

Because our products are made to order, order cancellation, returns, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Returns, Replacements & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Personalised & Custom Orders

Where you provide names, dates, text, images, or other custom content ("Custom Content") for a personalised product, you are solely responsible for that content. By submitting Custom Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use it;
• It does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
• It is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or decline to produce any order containing Custom Content that we believe, at our sole discretion, may be infringing, unlawful, or objectionable — and to refund such orders.

You agree to indemnify and hold Grey Mattr Media harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including legal costs) arising from Custom Content you submit. Personalised and custom orders are final and non-returnable except where they arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted, as set out in our Returns Policy.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before you place an order.

We accept payment via UPI / cards / COD and other methods shown at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method. Orders are confirmed only after payment authorisation (for prepaid orders) or order verification (for COD orders). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where fraud or an unauthorised transaction is suspected.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we confirm it and/or begin production. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — including for stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, failed COD verification, or objectionable Custom Content — and will refund any amount paid for a cancelled order.

For COD orders, we may require confirmation via call, WhatsApp, or message before dispatch. Orders we are unable to verify may be cancelled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, charges, and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the name "The Blank Theory," our logos, designs, product graphics, text, images, and layout — is the property of Grey Mattr Media or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Site or our designs without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you. Purchase of a product grants you ownership of that physical item only, not of the underlying design or brand.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe our or any third party's rights; upload malicious code; scrape, copy, or harvest data; or interfere with the Site's operation. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site and any personal data you provide are governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your place of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
